PAY: $17 an hour with an optional Apprenticeship Program.
This position has the option to turn into a career track apprenticeship (with two options: a life coaching track or public speaker/ training track). Totally optional, but an amazing opportunity for those interested in either of these careers.
CHEERY & DETAIL-ORIENTED
Inventory: You understand the world of retail, including inventory tracking. You have experience with ordering and receiving and have a track record for being organized and catching small errors before they become problems.
Hungry curiosity for the science of goals and happiness:
When a customer asks you a question about financial bujo spreads, you excitedly Google it later so you can easily help customers with it in the future.
Proactive Mindset: When problems come up, your default is to ask “Hmm, how do we fix it?” (instead of complaining).
Customer Service: You love being cheery and helpful to all customers who enter our store. You ask open questions to help them find the perfect solution, and take pride in ensuring they have a great experience.
Independent: You feel confident in running a shift on your own, including opening and closing by yourself.
Bonus but not required - Instagram skills: If you’ve got skills with photos, video and/or Instagram captioning skills, it’s a bonus.
