When can I expect my order to ship?

Once your order is placed, please allow 48 hours for us to receive and package it. Then we ship it using the delivery method you requested at checkout. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Because we are such a new online store we currently only ship domestic. Stay tuned for this policy to change as we continue to grow! 

      Can I change or cancel my order?

      If you want to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@1111supply.com and include your order number in the email. 

        Can I exchange one or more items in the box set? 

        For our kick-off holiday collection, we are offering our three curated box sets with no substitutions. Stay tuned for new items and collections in 2019 as we expand our online offerings. If you're in the Portland area, come in to our brick and mortar and we'll be happy to help you curate a box perfectly tailored for you or your loved one. 

          I saw an item on your Instagram that I want to buy, but I don't see it on your website. How can I buy that? 

          Currently, we only offer our three curated box sets for the 2019 holiday season. Stay tuned for new items and collections in 2019!

          Will I receive my item before the holidays?

          If you'd like your item to arrive by a specific day, please select the shipping method you need, and allow for 48 hours in addition.  

            How much will it cost to ship my order?

            Once you are ready to check out, you'll be able to select your shipment method and shipping will be calculated accordingly. You'll be able to see shipping costs before you finish your check out.  

              What is your return policy?
              We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your items arrived damaged, the wrong box set was delivered, or you simply change your mind, you’re welcome to return your box set in its original packaging and condition. Once received we will refund the price of the box set. Please read below for details:

              Damaged or Wrong Product Received:

              • Original shipping charges will be refunded once we receive the returned item.
              • Return shipping costs are provided by 11:11 Supply. Contact us to let us know the issue, and we will email you a shipping label. 

                If you changed your mind: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
