Refunds and FAQs

 

     

    What is your refund or exchange policy for the Learning Groups?
    • Because of the small nature of the cohorts, cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are nonrefundable but can be exchanged for enrollment in another group.
    • Cancellations made 7 days or more  before the first session can be fully refunded, turned into credit for a future group, or you can transfer your credit to a friend as a gift card.   

      Can I still order things online? 

      Not products, but you can sign up for one of the new learning groups through our site! Why? I'm closing down online shopping in order to focus on the launch of the new Notebook Bar! 

       

      What if I have a gift card I haven't used?

      You will be able to use gift cards at the Notebook Bar when it opens, and you can use them now to register for one of the new learning groups! If you have a paper gift card, email me and I can provide a digital code to use online. If you have a digital gift card just print or have the email handy when you come in for your shopping appointment, once the Notebook Bar is open this summer.
