Do you offer local delivery or pick-up in Portland? 

We can sometimes do local delivery for Portland, text us at 503-395-4440 and we can let you know if this is possible for your area! Either way, local delivery fees are included with your flat shipping fee (or free shipping for orders over $80 :) Because our brick and mortar is permanently closed, local pick-up is not currently available, but we're working on this option :) 

How soon will I receive my order? 

Unless our website banner says otherwise, orders placed by 12pm, Monday through Friday, 99.9% of the time ship out within 24 hours.  We'll text or email you updates when your order ships and is delivered but feel free to text us at 503-395-4440 if you have questions! 

Do you ship internationally?

Because we are such a new online store we currently only ship domestic and to Canada. Stay tuned for this policy to change as we continue to grow! 

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes! Simply go to the confirmation email sent to you and request a refund, or email us at ASAP if you'd like to change your order (be sure to include your order number in the email :) 

      What's in the Mystery Boxes? 

      It's a surprise! Every mystery box is unique, but focused on the theme listed. You will always get a great value, but alas we can't do special requests of exchanges of individual items from the boxes.  

        I saw an item on your Instagram that I want to buy, but I don't see it on your website. How can I buy that? 

        We are constantly adding new items to our site, so feel free to email us your request at and we'll do our best to add that item! 

        How much will it cost to ship my order?

        Once you are ready to check out, you'll be able to select your shipment method and shipping will be calculated accordingly. You'll be able to see shipping and delivery costs before you finish your check out.  We offer a flat $5 (or less) shipping rate for orders under $5 and free shipping nationally for orders over $80 :) 

          What is your return policy?
          We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your items arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or you simply change your mind, you’re welcome to return your order in its original packaging and condition. Once received we will refund the price. Please read below for details:

          Damaged or Wrong Product Received:

          • Original shipping charges will be refunded once we receive the returned item.
          • Return shipping costs are provided by 11:11 Supply. Contact us to let us know the issue, and we will email you a shipping label. 

          What if my package shows as delivered by USPS or UPS but I haven't received it? 

          • I recommend waiting one extra day after “delivery confirmation” as they are sometimes scanned prematurely by USPS. While you wait,  double-checking with neighbors, as often it was mis-delivered.
          • If it hasn't been located 1-2 days after it shows as delivered, and you believe the package was stolen (and unfortunately package theft is high these days) the good news is insurance has you covered. You can file an insurance claim with USPS or if you paid with a credit card, with your credit card. Here’s the link to file a claim with VISAMastercard, or Amex. If you prefer, you can file a claim with USPS using your tracking number (in your confirmation email). Heads up: you'll need to file a police report either way, but fortunately these days it can be done online and takes about 5 minutes -not as scary as it sounds :)
          • For items that USPS or UPS has lost, let us know and we'll send a replacement your way free of charge. For items marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, contact us and we can offer some replacement options.
