30 Minute Hourglass

Hourglasses are a favorite time-keeper of ours for a few reasons:

• Perfect for the Pomodoro technique (see below)
• To track time while working on a focus project (no dings or notifications from our phone!)
• Also serve as beautiful decor on your desk, so no need to hide or store them!
• Helping with ADHD or other neurodiversity issues to help train the brain to hold focus for longer periods of time.
• Black is 6.3 inches tall and white is 6 inches tall
